How does it work?
It's simple! We will set up your picnic of choice and have it ready for you to enjoy!
Where can I picnic?
We create beautiful, luxury picnics anywhere you choose! Public locations (i.e. parks) or private settings (i.e homes, backyards or venues). We service Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee and Orange Park areas.
How much notice is needed to book?
We ask that you book 2 weeks in advanced, minimum. We understand some ideas are spur of the moment, and we love a good spontaneous event! For smaller parties we can accommodate as little as 7-days in advance.
How does payment work?
We ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of signing your contract. The full amount for your event will be due 7 days before your event date.
What if it rains?
Florida is a tricky state! While we can't control the weather, we can do our best to relocate your picnic to a dryer location or offer to reschedule your event within the next 30 days.
What if I need to reschedule?
We get it, life happens! We ask for a request to reschedule within 48 hours of your booked picnic. You can reschedule any available days within 30 days of your original booking.
Should I bring my own food?
Yes! Wicker Picnic will provide the tableware, flatware and cups to drink from. We partner with a charcutier company as an add-on option, but you are more than welcome to cater from any of your favorite spots.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive on time. A member of our team will wait for you to arrive to ensure your picnic is enjoyed by you and your party. Please let us know if you are running late, we will be happy to wait for you within a 15-minute window. If you cannot make it in 15 minutes, we may ask you to reschedule.
What if I'm late?
Sometimes the universe is against us, just give us a call. We will wait for you. We can reschedule should the circumstances call for it.
What if I need to leave early?
If you need to leave early, we ask that you reach out to the team. Please give us a 30-minute heads up if your timeline changes so we can make sure we are back on site.
Do we clean up when we are done?
Absolutely Not! Our team will pack up everything after your picnic.
